Deposit & Wagering Limits

Important rule: When you request a decrease in your deposit limit, the lower limit takes effect immediately so that it protects you right away. When you request an increase, there is a mandatory 24-hour reflection period before the higher limit becomes active. This asymmetry is deliberate — it ensures that a moment of impulsive thinking cannot instantly override a carefully considered protection you set for yourself.

In addition to deposit limits, ctickex also offers single-wager limits and loss limits. A loss limit caps the amount you can lose in a given period regardless of how many individual bets or spins contribute to that loss. These tools are especially useful for players who prefer to manage exposure at the loss level rather than the deposit level.

Tip: Setting a monthly deposit limit equal to your genuine discretionary entertainment budget — the amount you would comfortably spend on a night out or a streaming subscription — is a practical starting point. Review it after 30 days and adjust based on your actual experience, not on how a recent winning or losing run made you feel in the moment.

Time-Out & Session Controls

Sometimes the most responsible thing a player can do is step away for a while. ctickex makes it straightforward to pause your account for a defined period without the permanence of full self-exclusion. Time-out periods are designed for players who recognise they need a short break but intend to return to gaming in a healthy, controlled way.

Available time-out durations on ctickex are 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. During any time-out period:

  • Your account is fully suspended — no deposits, bets, or gameplay are possible.

  • Your account balance and game history are preserved exactly as they were when the time-out was activated.

  • The time-out cannot be cancelled or shortened once activated — it runs its full duration.

Session Time Controls operate differently — they do not suspend your account but instead enforce a maximum play duration for each individual login session. You can set a session limit of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours. When the limit expires, ctickex displays a reality check notification and logs you out automatically if you do not respond within 5 minutes.

Reality Check Pop-Ups can be enabled independently of session limits. At your chosen interval (every 30, 60, or 90 minutes), a notification will appear showing your session duration, total amount wagered, and net win or loss for the session. This gives you an honest, data-driven picture of your play before you decide to continue.

All time-out requests are processed in real time by ctickex's platform systems. There is no waiting period and no requirement to contact support — you can activate a time-out yourself from your account settings at any time of day or night, including during Eid, Ramadan, and all public holidays in Bangladesh.

Self-Exclusion Programme

Self-exclusion is the strongest account restriction tool available on ctickex. It is designed for players who recognise that gambling is causing them significant harm and who need a firm, long-term barrier between themselves and the platform. Unlike a time-out, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during its active period — this is intentional, to ensure that the protection holds even when the desire to gamble returns.

ctickex offers the following self-exclusion periods: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and permanent (indefinite). You may choose the duration that best reflects the severity of the issue you are facing. In all cases, the following conditions apply immediately upon activation:

  • Your account is closed and inaccessible for the full duration of the exclusion period.
  • Your remaining account balance will be refunded to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account) within 5 business days.
  • ctickex will immediately suppress your contact details from all marketing and promotional communication systems.
  • Any pending bonuses or free-play rewards will be cancelled without compensation.
  • You will not be able to create a new ctickex account using the same identity documents, mobile number, or email address during the exclusion period.
  • At the end of a fixed-term self-exclusion, your account will not be automatically reactivated — you must contact support and complete a reinstatement process that includes a minimum 24-hour reflection period.
