Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ctickex ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the ctickex online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and customer support channels made available through our website and any associated mobile interface.

By completing the registration process on ctickex, by clicking "I Agree" on any registration or login prompt, by making a deposit, or by placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply from the moment you first access or use ctickex in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with ctickex. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.

ctickex reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of ctickex following any published update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 10 — Amendments for the full policy on changes.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and operate an account on ctickex, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing ctickex from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, director, or officer of ctickex, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and are not operating the account on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned, or had an account closed for cause by ctickex.
• You are of sound mind and capable of understanding the nature and consequences of gambling activity.

ctickex employs age and identity verification procedures at the point of registration and prior to processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of your registered address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in a freeze on withdrawal activity until verification is complete.

If ctickex discovers at any point that a registered player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above — including, in particular, any player found to be under 18 years of age — the Company will immediately suspend the account, conduct a full review of all activity, and take appropriate action including permanent closure and, where applicable, reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services available on ctickex, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering, you must first register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered account on ctickex. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any bonuses received across duplicate accounts will be forfeited and any associated winnings may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. ctickex will never contact you to request your password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ctickex support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

ctickex is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to support before the activity in question took place.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ctickex accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All monetary amounts on ctickex are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ctickex account balance instantly, typically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take slightly longer depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. ctickex does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified (see Section 3). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to six hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and three business days. ctickex reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before approving any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Company.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full details.
• ctickex reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending the completion of any ongoing security or fraud investigation.
• In the event that a deposit is reversed or charged back by your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering, ctickex will recover the equivalent amount from your account balance and may suspend the account pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

ctickex offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which shall be read together with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for matters directly relating to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's own terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotional offer details. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

The following conduct in relation to bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or promotion more than once.
• Placing opposing bets on the same market (often referred to as "arbing" or "bonus abuse") in order to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to meet wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other players to abuse bonus structures.
• Providing false information during registration in order to qualify for a bonus.

ctickex reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice if the Company determines that the promotion is being abused, that a technical error has affected the offer, or that circumstances otherwise require it. All bonus decisions made by ctickex are final.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using ctickex, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform. Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Fraud and Deception: You must not use false identities, stolen payment credentials, or any other deceptive means when registering or transacting on ctickex.
2. Money Laundering: ctickex operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. You must not use the platform for the purpose of laundering money or processing proceeds of crime. Suspicious activity is monitored continuously and reported in accordance with applicable requirements.
3. Match Fixing and Collusion: You must not engage in or facilitate match fixing, spot fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating that would give you or any other person an unfair advantage on ctickex.
4. Automated Systems: You must not use bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with ctickex in an automated fashion without the express written permission of the Company.
5. Hacking and Interference: You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of ctickex's systems, servers, databases, or other infrastructure. Any such attempt will be treated as a criminal matter.
6. Harassment: You must not harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate any ctickex employee, support agent, or other player in any communication channel.

ctickex employs real-time monitoring systems to detect suspicious behaviour patterns. Accounts flagged for review may have their withdrawal access temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted. We aim to complete all such investigations within five business days and will notify affected players of the outcome.

Intellectual Property

All content available on ctickex — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, software, database structures, marketing materials, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ctickex or its licensed third-party content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ctickex solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, download, transmit, or distribute any content from ctickex without prior written consent from the Company.
• Create derivative works based on ctickex's content, design, or software.
• Use the ctickex brand, logo, or name in any commercial context without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the ctickex platform.

All intellectual property rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by ctickex and its licensors. Any unauthorised use of ctickex's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.

Account Suspension & Closure

ctickex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or the referral programme.
• Use of automated tools or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Detection of multiple accounts operated by the same individual.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, subject to the outcome of any internal investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (including voluntary self-exclusion), any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ctickex, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or failures in platform availability or game function.
• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by ctickex in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.
• Third-party services, payment providers, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.

ctickex provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and a consistently high-quality service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods will be communicated to players wherever possible.

In all cases where ctickex is found to be liable for direct damages, the maximum aggregate liability of the Company to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ctickex account in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

ctickex reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to: updates to our service offering, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, adjustments to payment processing arrangements, or improvements to platform security procedures.

When material changes are made to these Terms, ctickex will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Effective Date" shown at the top of the document. Where the Company deems the changes to be significant, registered players may additionally receive a notification via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification upon their next login.

Your continued use of ctickex following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using ctickex and may request account closure by contacting our support team at support@ctickex.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ctickex recommends that you check this page each time you log in, particularly following any notification of an update. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon request from our support team.
